10. Limitation of Liability

Subject to the above, Alchemy Soul Technologies Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the app. Our total liability to you for any direct loss or damage arising from the use of the app shall be limited to the greater of £100 or the total amount paid by you for use of the app in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
